It's August.
As the government has announced, the ”Eat Out to Help Out" scheme is starting.

Basically, you can get 50% off of all your bill (up to £10 per person) to Eat in. But it is only from Monday to Wednesdays of August.
It doesn't apply to Take Aways.

In case of an-an, we will serve on china plates and cups to apply for the scheme. We want to think about the finance, but we should think about the environment, too.

First, please use hand sanitiser at the entrance. the dispencer is on the right.

Wearin mask is not mandatory in the cafe area, but it's nicer if you could have face coverin till you settle at a seat.

July sweets and cafe update!

Today. It is today, 4th July, cafes and restarurants are allowed to start business again. 

It was just after the lockdown started as soon as we finished exchanging the key to 94 Boundary Road. I was full of hope for the new bigger cafe and kitchen space. 
... then 3 and a half months gone.

We were lucky we could carry on opening the cafe as take away shop. However as we could not change the sign, nobody had realized it was a Japanese take away...😢　Now I am almost an expert of making coffee. 

The sign will be changed next weekend. It will be a Japanese style one and I will do Japanese Calligraphy. So many people gave me advices and hopefully it will be ok by now.💦

So I rolled up my sleaves again and keeping my head up to be ready for the challenge next. 

The next challenge.... well, is all the new rules and regurations I need to ask you to co-oporate with. 

For the restaurants and cafe which prepare seatings inside of the building, it asks for taking all the name and detail of the customer who consume foods and dring. It is due to tracking and following the people who may have had a contact with infected, just in case. Anyway, we have the lovely season on our side. I have a large space to place tables and chairs out side of the cafe. 

So we can have "eat in" without taking booking and detail as long as we keep social distancing!

As I place all the table and chairs 1m to 2m apart. So please do not move tables.

On your arrival, we greet you at the entrance. We will take order if you are after take aways. Otherwise, we will ask you to take seat and ask for orders. 

If you would like to come intto the shop for Deli and Japanese products, please wait for the door parson to call you in. Always only one person (one group) at a time in the building.

From 15th June, we all the shop can start trading, so we will sell Japanese Deli and Take Away as well as Japanese cakes and sweets in the shop. (only 1 customer at a time, but no shouting from inside of the counter any longer!) 

We will start display the products on the shelves. You can also come to weigh&buy a lot of Japanese inredients reasonably. Please come to our shop with clean empty containers. 

Therefore, this "Lockdown" special delivery service on 11th June will be the last. I will try to extend the area of delivery this time. so if you are living in BN2, please make an order. (hopefully, I should be able to finish deliverying by thte end of Thursday!)
