an-an is a small family run Japanese Desserts business covering Brighton and Hove area. We make seasonal wagashi made from selected local suppliers of primarily organic products. We will be sharing some of the reasoning behind Wagashi making, and the way seasons affect our choices.

OkonomiYaki Evening is open from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm.(The last order is at 8:00 pm) every Thursday.
